• Carma has always been great, especially if I have an emergency. Great with be proactive on what may need to be done for my car in future and how to prioritize those repairs.

• I have had Carma work on my vehicle several times. Their work has always been done correctly the first time and at a fair price. During one oil change, their mechanic performed a safety check and let me know that the brake pads were worn down. They were able to get replacement pads and install them during the same appointment I had for my oil change. After leaving their shop, there was a noticeable improvement with my braking. I know when my vehicle is there, it will get their full attention for top notch service and repairs.

Dropped my car off to them, they then drove me to the airport, fixed my car while I was gone, kept me updated with pictures the entire time, and even dropped my car off in airport valet for me so that I would not have to worry about it when I arrived back on my midnight flight into Savannah. Now THAT is customer service at it's finest!

• I brought my car to CARma with a A/C related issue. I decided to wait with the car for the initial diagnosis, in the meantime the technician and service advisor came and spoke to me multiple times to keep me informed with every little thing they found. They found the issue, which was simply a loose electrical connection behind my dash. I was fully prepared to spend a fairly high amount of money for such a simple repair simply because it did require partial removal of my dash. I was pleasantly surprised at a repair bill well below $100 to repair the issue along with a free car wash to boot. They also did a vehicle inspection just as a courtesy check to take a look at my overall vehicle health. They showed me my filters that needed replacing, as well as sent me a text message with the entire inspection listed completely, including photos of the filters to go along with it. 100% satisfied with the speed of service, courtesy of the staff, and quality of service and repair.
